We'll send you an email closer to the date to remind you about the workshop. If for any reason you are unable to make it, we'd appreciate a quick email to let us know so that we can give your spot to someone else. A few things that are good to know ...
Location: We run our classes and workshops inside the studio at Anytime Fitness 130 West Main Street, Collegeville. Non-members should enter through the "Guest" door.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to check in and get settled in.
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe. We go barefoot during class.
What to bring: Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one. If you don't have a mat, you're welcome to borrow one of ours.
Something to consider: We recommend that you eat at least 2 hours before the start of class to give your food time to settle.
