Why Book a Private Yoga Session?
There is no better way to start out in yoga or deepen your existing practice than with the one-on-one attention you get in a private or small-group setting. After getting to know you and your goals, I’ll design a specific program for your needs.

What to Expect
First-time private clients receive a free 30-minute consultation during which I’ll listen carefully and without judgement to understand your individual needs, health history and concerns, and physical, mental, and emotional goals.
With this understanding, I’ll design a practice that may incorporate yoga postures, breath work, relaxation, meditation, and other yogic techniques. You’ll leave with an understanding of the techniques and why you’re using them. If requested, I’ll record your session so that you can continue to practice it on your own.
