Updated COVID policies and procedures (6/15/21)

We can’t wait to see you back in the studio. Here’s what to expect.

Masks are optional for vaccinated students, but all teachers will continue to wear masks for now.
We’re continuing to align with CDC guidance. If you aren’t vaccinated, we ask that you continue to wear a mask.

We still appreciate pre-registration as we aim to continue to give our students personal space.
If pre-registration online isn’t possible for you, please send us a text at (267) 810-7482 to give us a heads up that you’re coming.

Bring Your Own Props, or Use Ours
We’re totally cool with sharing our props if you are, and we clean them between uses. But we get it if you’d prefer to bring your own. If that’s the case, we suggest the following:

  • A mat

  • One or two throw blankets

  • 2 yoga blocks

  • a yoga strap, neck tie, or long scarf

We’ll also be selling our high quality props (pre-payment required), and we’ll have details on how to purchase them soon.

We’re Purifying Our Air and Opening our Windows

We’ll be airing out the studio during and between classes as much as possible, and cleaning the air with a True Hepa Air Purifier, recommended by the CDC, designed to fully clean the air in our space 4 times an hour.

Temperature and Wellness Checks

We’ll be checking your temperature when you arrive, and have questions posted for you to do a wellness self-check. We ask that you care for yourself and others by staying home if you are sick (even if you think it’s just a little cold), or if you’ve been around someone who is sick in the past few weeks.

Encouraging Good Hygiene

Your teacher will offer you hand sanitizer when you enter the studio, and we encourage frequent hand washing after touching common surfaces.

Cleaning Protocols

We’re scheduling extra time between classes, during which a full sanitizing protocol will be followed that includes cleaning all common surfaces and the floors.

Bring Your Own Water

We’ve removed the water and tea containers for the time being, and encourage you to bring your own water with you.
