Deep Down Dancing is about finding your internal fire. It’s about embracing fun, building confidence, and celebrating the vibrant energy that comes from connection to other women. We start with a gentle, jazzy warm up, build strength in a way that feels good, dance with each other across the floor, and end with sexy but simple choreography. DDD is about fun, laughing together, and embracing our divine feminine with confidence. No excuses about 2 left feet! This dance class is for every woman.
Julie Goldberg is a dance facilitator, coach, and myofascial release therapist. She has built her career around an endless fascination with the human body, mind, and spirit. Guided by her own healing journey, she passionately supports her clients in stepping into healing, self-expression, and freedom. Julie earned a B.A. in dance from the University of Oregon and is the creator of Deep Down Dancing, a class for women based in fun, building confidence and finding your inner fire. She has a background as a professional dancer, personal trainer and Pilates instructor and brings a well rounded knowledge of the body to the movement she teaches. Julie is also the creator of Vibrant Woman, a one on one and group coaching practice that supports women in becoming their most vibrant, joyful selves.
