It's time to spring clean your body and mind. In yoga, working with the core and the breath is essential to creating stability, clearing stagnant energy, and decluttering the mind.

Experience a more mindful, breath-centered approach to fitness, and see how functional strength training can empower your practice. 

Each week, you'll learn how to add power and stability to your body through Julie's breath-centered training program that includes resistance training with weights and bands. Then transfer what you've learned to a short yoga session with hand selected poses designed to support your health and wellbeing through the spring season.

12:15pm - 12:45pm Myofascial Release with Sam Bennett. We will work on breaking up adhesion’s which helps to release deep tightness in the fascia tissue in this myofascial mini workshop. We will use the breath and balance to support us in these exercises!
