Experience a more mindful, breath-centered approach to fitness, and see how functional strength training can empower your practice.
Each week, you'll learn how to add power and stability to your body through Julie's breath-centered training program that includes resistance training with weights and bands. Then transfer what you've learned to a short yoga session with hand selected poses designed to support your health and wellbeing through the spring season.
