Yoga for Beginners Course (4 Week Course)


Date: Tuesdays, October 30 to November 20th

Time: 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Build strength, breath awareness, focus, confidence, and knowledge of yoga in a safe, supportive, well-paced environment - with other beginners like you. You'll learn the fundamentals of yoga and modifications of poses that work for your unique body. This series is the foundation of a well-rounded practice grounded in the most essential elements of yoga—mindful movement, classic poses, and conscious exploration of body and breath. 

Cost: $69 for all 4 classes / $20 drop-in
