Join Christa from Kindred Yoga Studio at Country Creek Winery as we move and breathe in the delightful warmth of the summer sunl.

We will start at 10:30 AM with an outdoor yoga class on the beautiful creek side property followed by a light lunch and wine tasting. Class is appropriate for all skill levels. The Country Creek Winery is located at 133 Cressman Rd in Telford.

Yoga has no age limit. In fact, older adults have the most to gain by engaging in safe and mindful movement practices, relaxation, and meditation.

  • Improve bone health

  • Manage anxiety and improve mental wellbeing

  • Decrease pain associated with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and other conditions

  • Improve strength, mobility, and balance

  • Be social and fun! It's a great way to connect with friends - and meet new people.

In this course, you'll learn how to customize common yoga poses for your own body - enabling you to gently and safely build strength and flexibility. After each class, you're welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.

If you're looking for ways to take your physical yoga practice further, and you want to try some more advanced poses, our Deepen Your Vinyasa series is for you! December's feature pose is Side Crow. Over the course of four weeks, Kelly will help you build up to this pose in a safe and accessible way.

If you haven't practiced with Kelly before, you must experience her classes. She's just awesome. You don't have to be an advanced practitioner to join this series - just have some experience and a willingness to try and have fun.
