If you're looking for ways to take your physical yoga practice further, and you want to try some more advanced poses, our Deepen Your Vinyasa series is for you! December's feature pose is Side Crow. Over the course of four weeks, Kelly will help you build up to this pose in a safe and accessible way.

If you haven't practiced with Kelly before, you must experience her classes. She's just awesome. You don't have to be an advanced practitioner to join this series - just have some experience and a willingness to try and have fun.
