You’ll learn about what yoga is, explore good breathing, practice some foundational yoga poses, and experience deep relaxation. We’ll put your mind at ease, help you choose variations of poses that work for your body, and help you get comfortable at Kindred Yoga.
You’ll also get to see the studio, learn about our different classes and which class best suits you, meet our staff and other beginner yogis, and get your questions answered.
